Who Are You?

Who are you? When things are going well in our life, it’s easy to feel positive and happy. How about during the times of uncertainty or challenge? Do you know who you are then too?

Whether you are currently celebrating your life or if you find yourself walking through sorrow, what you affirm to yourself is powerful. We are often our worst critics and our self-talk devalues who our truth is – a kind and LOVING person who wants to be happy, healthy, and abundant.

Moving forward, know who you are by affirming that you are a powerful and unique person deserving of all things good. Below is a list of some I AM statements. Choose a few of them and start affirming who you are in the morning, before bed, and anytime during the day you find yourself feeling less than.


I am blessed I am kind and compassionate I am LOVED and LOVING I am in a great relationship

I am doing work that is meaningful and I love

I am healthy, wealthy, and wise I am happy I am in LOVE with life I am generous I am appreciated I am strong I am brave I am beautiful I am peaceful I am surrounded by kind and LOVING people. I am creative I am imaginative I am financially secure I AM that I AM

Remember, that your self-talk sets the tone for who you see yourself to be and who you show up to be for others. Be gentle with yourself and start practicing words that lift you up to living your dreams rather than tearing you down. You Are so very worthy of  living LOVE.
